These terms cover every piece of software sold by SET MIND. They're written to be read, not to hide things. If something here seems unfair, email me and say so.
SET MIND is a small independent software business based in Utah, United States. Contact: mail@setmind.net. A real person reads that, usually within a couple of days.

Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency displayed there, before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe — I never see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
Subscription products renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund the period you've already paid for. Access continues to the end of that period, then the paid features lock. Free features keep working either way.
One-time products are exactly that: you pay once and your unlock code does not expire. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Keep your receipt email — it contains your code.
Not happy within 30 days? Email me and you get your money back. No form, no questions.
After 30 days I don't refund partial subscription periods — cancel instead and you won't be charged again.
Nothing here removes rights you have under your local consumer law.
A code is issued to one customer for personal use. Please don't publish or resell it. Shared codes get revoked. If you lose a code, email me and I'll reissue it.
These products don't collect your data. Scroll Feet and Voice Counter both run entirely on your own device, store their data locally, and make no network requests. Voice Counter processes microphone audio on your machine and never records or transmits it. Unlock codes are verified offline — activating a purchase doesn't contact me either.
The only personal data involved is what you give Stripe to pay, and the email address your code is sent to. Stripe processes payment details under their privacy policy; receipt emails are delivered via Resend. I don't sell anything to anyone, and there's no analytics or tracking in any product.
Software is provided "as is". I don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit your particular purpose.
Measurement and counting features are estimates, not instruments. Scroll Feet's distance is derived from your screen's pixel density; Voice Counter's count depends on speech recognition accuracy. Neither is a precise measurement, and neither should be relied on where accuracy matters.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to this software is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where local law doesn't permit these limits, your statutory rights are unaffected.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Material changes affecting subscribers are announced before the next renewal, so you can cancel first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
